The 84 residents of our dormitory form a huge community. We have regular community actions like bar evenings, foosball tournaments and movie nights. These activities as well as our large rooftop terrace and living room invite you to nice evenings with your house-mates.
Every resident has the possibility to participate in our self-administration. Aside from community obligations (e.g. wiping the staircase once in a semester) there are a lot of individual tasks. Among those are taking responsibility for the common rooms (kitchen, rooftop, etc.) or being part of our IT-team.
Application Information
Only regular students of Munich's public universities are allowed to apply.
Economic and social situation as well as origin of applicants will be considered. We expect political interest as well as involvement within the community and administration.

Residence management and administration
Everyday life in the residence is organized by a self-administration, the individual areas of responsibility such as the hall council, finances, events or bar are distributed among the students every semester at the general meeting.
Nevertheless, there is also an internal residence management (currently: Karin Sommer) and an external administration, based in the Geschwister-Scholl student residence. Both houses share a common history.
